E-Store Pricing: Special prices are listed on our website for E-store orders only. Phone or fax orders will receive normal prices. We save time with E-store orders and pass these savings along to you. Please do NOT ask for E-store pricing if you are making phone orders.
Hours: Open
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m. CST. Saturday and after hour pick-ups are available
by appointment only.
Future Catalogs:
Customers placing an order during the year
will automatically receive a free copy of the next years
catalog.
Ordering:
Phone orders or from our website (open 24/7, secured, and
identity theft protection) are best. For fax and mail orders
remember to include complete address, phone number, and shipping
information.
Back orders:
No back orders. Check for availability
date.
Payment: We
accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. COD orders will have
$10.00 fee and must be certified check or money order. No
personal checks accepted. No COD for international orders.
Shipping: Standard is UPS ground with Next Day or Second Day as extra charge options. Mail (priority with delivery confirmation) or Fed Ex is available by request. Alaska and Canada orders are shipped by mail unless requested otherwise.
Freight Charges: We use the fairest method with freight charges based on actual weight/size of package, not dollar amount. Charges based on current shipping rates with an $8.00 minimum. Shipments over $100 will be insured at full value unless requested otherwise. (Our average residential order is $8 to $12).
Tech Calls:
We do answer tech calls for our products
but please do not ask for assistance with someone else’s
product. Time is a valuable commodity so keep questions focused
to your problem.
Shipping to FBP:
Tightly pack (newspaper works best) and
label all items. Enclose your name, full shipping address, phone
number, email, year and model of machine, and service desired.
We will call for credit card info. NOTE: When shipping shocks,
DO NOT wire them compressed, use correct size box (once you pay
initial postage the slightly larger box cost is minimal) as
shocks come undone, poke out the sides, and we are not
responsible for lost or damaged shocks.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The contents of
our catalog are correct to the best of our knowledge at time of
printing. We reserve the right to change specifications or
pricing without notice or obligation.
Dealers:
Only approved dealers on file will receive dealer pricing. To
become a Dealer, contact our office for application. We reserve
the right to accept or refuse dealers at our own discretion.
Returns:
All returns are for exchange or refund and will be subject to a
20% restocking fee. To make a return, you
must call for
authorization. All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition
and made within 14 days of shipment. Returns must include copy
of original invoice, complete address, phone number, and
explanation for return. No return of special orders for any
reason. No credit given on any freight charges.
Warranty:
Due to the nature of FBP products and services, all items
and work performed are sold “AS IS” with no warranties
either expressed or implied including any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We
will pass on the warranty made by the manufacturer of any
product we distribute, who has the sole responsibility for
performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely
responsible for any damage to person or property arising
from the design, manufacture, and testing of its product,
and we accept no liability for such damages and shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any references
to manufacturers names and part numbers is for
identification only and does not denote an original part. |
