Hours: We are open Mon-Fri from 8am to 12pm and
1pm to 5pm Central time. Saturday and after-hour pick-ups are available by
appointment only.
Future Catalogs:
Customers placing an order during the year will automatically receive a free
copy of the next year's catalog.
Ordering: Orders by phone or direct off our
website are best. For mail or fax orders we will need complete shipping address,
phone number, and part number with description; we will contact you for credit
card info on these orders.
Back orders:
No back orders. Check for
availability date.
Payment:
We accept Discover, Visa and
MasterCard. Orders shipped C.O.D. must be certified check or money order (cash
not accepted by UPS). C.O.D. orders cost an additional $9. No personal checks
accepted. No C.O.D. for international orders.
Shipping: Standard shipping is UPS ground but
we will ship U.S. mail, Fed Ex, red or blue label, air or whatever fits your
needs. Our goal is to ship same day on all orders received by 2pm Central time.
Freight charges are based on weight of parcel with a $7 min. charge, optional
methods extra.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without
notice. We apologize for the inconvenience of any price changes that may occur
but we are human and some pricing is out of our hands. The content of this
website is correct to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change
specifications or pricing without notice or obligation.
Returns: All returns are for exchange or refund
and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To make a return, you must call for
authorization. All returns must be in new, re-sellable condition and made within
14 days of shipment. Returns must include copy of original invoice, complete
address, phone number and explanation for return. No return of special orders
for any reason. No credit given on any freight charges.
Shipping to FBP: Be sure to tightly wrap and
label all items. Enclose your name, full shipping address, phone number, year
and model of machine and service desired. We will call for credit card info.
Tech calls: We do answer tech calls for our
products but please do not ask for assistance with someone else's product. Time
is a valuable commodity so keep questions focused to your problem.
Warranty: Due to the nature of FBP products and
services, all items and work performed are sold "AS IS" with no warranties
either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on the warranty made by the
manufacturer of any product we distribute, who has the sole responsibility for
performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any
damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of
its product, and we accept no liability for such damages and shall not be liable
for indirect or consequential damages. Any references to manufacturers names and
part numbers is for identification only and does not denote an original part.
